About this highway

Highway 99 south of the river: out of the Massey Tunnel across Delta, past the Highway 91 and Highway 17 junctions and along the edge of White Rock to the Peace Arch border crossing. Locals talk about the tunnel and the border rather than the highway between them; the signs say Highway 99. The tunnel governs the northern end and the border governs the southern one, and in between it is a fast four-lane road that rarely has problems of its own.
