Talk to a person

Email support@vancouver604.com. A person reads it, usually the same day. Reports of objectionable content or an abusive user are acted on within 24 hours.

The app

Something not working, audio stopping in the car, an alert that arrived late or a road name said the way no local would say it: tell us which build you are on (Settings, About) and what you heard. Pronunciation fixes ship without an app update.

A report or a reporter

In the app, open the incident and use Report this or Block this reporter. Or email us with the road, the time and what was wrong. Fabricated reports get accounts banned; we would rather hear about them from you than from the road.

Your data

You can delete your account and everything tied to it in the app under Settings, Delete My Account. For access or correction requests, or anything about privacy, email privacy@vancouver604.com. We answer within 30 days. The privacy policy has the detail.
