The current report

The station did not mention the Pitt River Bridge in this cycle. On Vancouver604 that is a statement, not an absence: a crossing that is moving is not read out, so a quiet page usually means a clear bridge.

The player carries the whole station, every zone, in the order it airs.

About this crossing

The Pitt River Bridge carries Lougheed Highway, Highway 7, over the Pitt between Port Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows: seven lanes on the cable-stayed bridge that replaced the two swing spans in 2009, with the Mary Hill Bypass and Highway 1 to the west and Maple Ridge and the Golden Ears Bridge approach to the east. Locals say the Pitt River Bridge; the signs say Lougheed Highway and Highway 7. Its rush is westbound in the morning as Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows head for the Mary Hill Bypass and the Port Mann, and eastbound from mid-afternoon, and it is the one road in and out for both communities, so a crash here has no short way around. The alternate is the Golden Ears to Langley and Highway 1, which trades a river for a longer drive.

Questions

How current is the Pitt River Bridge report?
Vancouver604 publishes a new cycle every fifteen minutes. The time at the top of the page is when the cycle you are reading was published, and the page, the JSON feed and the player all show the same cycle.
What does it mean when the Pitt River Bridge is not in the report?
That the station had nothing to say about it. Vancouver604 reports what drivers and the public road feeds are seeing; a crossing that is moving is not mentioned, so a quiet page usually means a clear bridge.
Which zones cover the Pitt River Bridge?
Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows and Tri-Cities. The crossing's report is drawn from every zone in the cycle, so it is found whichever side the station described it from.
